Our Team

DEGIS’s uniqueness is embodied in its people.

The organization is predominantly run by international students and recent graduates who have personally confronted the challenges of studying in Germany. Their determination to impact the international community drives them. While our National Team is based in Berlin, our City Chapters, led by volunteers, span cities of all scales across Germany. This National Team mirrors our diverse community, with members hailing from Germany, India and Brazil, all sharing a deep motivation to establish the most expansive international student community in Germany.
